Bioforce Home Gym – 6 Startling Facts You Must Know About Bio Force TNT

Have you considered buying a Bioforce Home Gym or Tony Little’s Bio Force Extreme?

Long before you spend your hard-earned money on these home gyms, take a moment to read this article. A friend of mine recently called me and asked for my opinion on the Bioforce Home Gym…I told him I didn’t know anything about it but what he told me and all the TV infomercials piqued my curiosity.

I’ll be blunt with you, I’m not a big fan of the expensive home gyms I see on TV or in sporting goods stores. For the most part, they are poorly made and very expensive.

So, with great reluctance, I took a trip to the local Sporting Authority (SA) to check one out.

Here are the things I loved and hated about the Bioforce Home Gym:

1. It’s heavy duty equipment compared to any of the Bowflex home gyms sold in SA (I haven’t seen the Bowflex Revolution yet) and I imagine on TV or their website as well.

2. The side pull attachment was well built and the grips were of good quality.

3. The device itself isn’t light (it weighs 174 pounds fully assembled) but I guess that’s to be expected since you don’t want it falling on you while you’re doing practice.

4. I asked the store clerk how easy it was to put it together and he said the people at Bioforce Home Gym say it only takes 1.5 hours but he assembled the one on the ground and that it was closer to 2.5 hours.

He mentioned that the instructions were easy to follow and comprehensive. Plus, he said, they provide all the tools needed for assembly. A nice feature that I have to add.

5. The unit itself is by no means small, so you’ll probably need a good sized room to install it. Assembled dimensions are 52-3/4″ L 65″ W X 82″ H. It is large so forget putting inside your home if you have low ceilings or in your basement. You will need to dedicate a room as a fitness room for this large unit.

6. I had the opportunity to consult their training manual and I was VERY disappointed! They advertise over 100 exercises…the truth is that a lot of exercises are just doing the exercise with your other hand, like a bicep curl. They count the right hand as one exercise and the left hand as exercise number two. This is one area where they fail miserably, how can you get a good workout?
