I am Mexican and there’s no way in hell I would ever put water in my guacamole lime juice will keep it from turning brown but only for so long fresh guacamole is not really meant to be kept for long end it is not very hard to make so there is no need for someone to make a huge amount you could just make the amount that you’re going to eat and keep making fresh guacamole every time
